GALLABIA is not responsible for any delays caused by matters not under its full direct control, including without limitation due to destination customs clearance processes, delays caused by the shipping company etc.

In this case, the consumer will be given the option to terminate the agreement, free of charge. In the case of termination in accordance with this paragraph, GALLABIA will refund the consumer with the sum paid, at the latest within 30 days after termination. The place of delivery is deemed to be the address that the consumer makes known to GALLABIA at the time of registration and/or placing the order.

Uncollected packages
If the third party carrier will fail to ship and/or the shipment will be delayed as a result of your unavailability at the time of shipment and/or inaccuracies in the details provided by you to GALLABIA or the third party carrier, GALLABIA may charge you with additional shipment and service costs. Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by GALLABIA. We will charge you for the cost of return shipping and administrative costs.
